When it comes to giving advice, today’s guest doesn’t hold back. And because of that, she’s back! On my podcast! Because I just can’t get enough of Sarah Knight’s hilariously no BS tough love and her out of the box mind altering metaphors galores. And I’m not alone in not being able to get enough of Sarah Knight, considering she’s, like, an internationally best selling author of 3 - going on 4 - books!

Now, Sarah has another work hitting shelves and kindles called “Calm the Fuck Down” and it’s another pee your pants funny and uncensored guide to… well, calming the fuck down.
