My guest today is an author, health coach, speaker, and fun food blogger behind Food Mood Girl. She also happens to dwell in one of my favorite non-NYC cities, Pittsburgh, where I go to cheer on the Steelers and eat great veggie burgers with my family who lives there! But this is about Lindsey Smith, not me. So yeah, Lindsey’s really passionate about creating plant-y recipes not just for taste-bud-ular-pleasure, but also for mental and emotional-pleasure as well. Her latest book is called Eat Your Feelings which is a title that I just ATE UP and so I wanted to bring her on to talk to us about how to, well, eat our feelings! Pretty straightforward. Although be forewarned: cravings? Not so straightforward as you’re about to learn.
