Nikki Sharp knows a thing or two or twenty about being unbalanced. She’s a former high-profile model who openly admits to have struggled with multiple eating disorders, body dysmorphia and other crazy crap that models experience, so when she fell into a plant-based lifestyle and experienced balance, good health and inner peace for the first time, she just had to spread the word! Well spread the word she most def did, to nearly half a million followers, mind you. Now Nikki is a health coach, yoga instructor, vegan chef and best-selling author, and her most recent book, Meal Prep Your Way to Weight Loss is considered by many to be the holy grail of plant-based meal prep guides. Ok, it’s considered by MOI to be the holy grail of plant-based meal prep guides. It’s pretty cool. As is Nikki.
