In the same way that somebody once combined peanut butter and jelly to make a flavor combination arguably more desirable than sex, and in the same way another person combined a leggings with jeans to give our fashion-forward legs some freedom, my guest today has combined metaphysics with physical fitness in a way that can pretty much most def help you get things that you desire. Erin Stutland has created a method of combining movement with mindfulness in an actually do-able, not too woowoo-able way. Erin is an author of the upcoming book “Mantras In Motion: Manifesting What You Want Through Mindful Movement,” a fitness coach and creator of the Shrink Session program, the TV show host of Z Living’s cable series, Altar’d, all about true and lasting transformation. I’ve gotta say that this here chat with Erin has had a true and lasting impact on me. Kind of like how once you discover how harmoniously PB&J go together, or once you try on jeggings, you can’t UNtaste PB&J or smile as you put on regular jeans, after hearing Erin’s strategies for paying attention to what the heckers you say to yourself while you’re working out, you won’t be able to NOT sweet talk yourself through your next sweat sesh.
