My guest today is like the fitness industry’s OG OG, blazing fiery hot trails in the fitness space for well over two decades and impacting the lives and bodies of tens of thousands of humans worldwide. Patricia Moreno grew up with her fair share (and really, an extra share) of weight struggles and found fitness to be the greatest catalyst of change. She quickly rose to the top of the world HEY!, and dominated the fitness scene, only to find herself in a deeper struggle with her body image than ever before. Thanks to many epiphanies and the patience to take a long and winding road, Patricia found herself in a new world: the world of spiritual fitness. She created her signature workout called IntenSati which is a groundbreaking way to sweat that combines high energy cardio, mindfulness, meditation and the power of yelling out positive things which has proven time and time again to legit bring out participant’s inner badass best selves.
