I’m not going to reveal what the basics are because that’s my friend and health coach Elanna Edwards’ job in this episode, but spoiler: the basics are not just for beginners, even though they are “basic.” Often, even healthy eating pro’s can stray from the these 5 simple things and then use them again to bring great health back!
