Since I’ve been old enough to make my own decisions I’ve quit a whole bunch of things. And some big stuff, too. I mean, a sport that I’d played religiously for over 10 years, jobs, friends, fears, BEER!! But I’m a proud quitter. A strategic quitter. A HEALTHY quitter, in my opinion. And since wrapping the word “QUITTING” in a positive-connotation bow is a rarity, I figured I’d chat with you about MY art and science to strategic, positive quitting so maybe you can feel less lousy about finally giving up that thing you wanna give up, or carry less guilt about quitting so and so way back when (or yesterday).
